My Name is Julian Nicolai

I am a student at Carleton University, studying Electrical Engineering. I have a passion for all things creation, science, and technology--old and new. I have particular professional interests in robotics and automation, RF and wireless communication, biomimicry, product design, and space engineering.

The purpose of this portfolio is to showcase the best projects I've designed, coded, and/or wired up through the years while highlighting my abilities and personality through them. I am always trying to hone my skills in many areas, including programming, prototyping, documentation, and design.

I have a variety of hobbies, like satellite capturing, amateur astronomy and astrophotography, amateur geology (finding and classifying/identifying rocks), hiking, camping, cycling, and creating things.
